Returns instrument (security) metadata, optionally filtered by instrument IDs or symbols, with cursor-based pagination.
instrumentsIds and symbols are mutually exclusive. All filters are optional and independent; if neither instrumentsIds nor symbols is provided, results are not filtered by instrument and are simply paginated by pageSize.
